In order to improve the performance of a hospital, leaders must assess themselves and their facilities in these three areas and then work aggressively to improve any gaps.

On February 11th, 2010 Quint Studer will be speaking at the L.R. (Rush) Jordan Distinguished Lecture Series in Birmingham, Alabama. The event will be hosted by the University of Alabama at Birmingham Health System and the Department for Health Services Administration. The topic for Quint's speech will be "Straight A Leadership."
